A child refers to those aged 0-17 years. An adult refers to those ages 18+ years.
All children aged 0-17 require a ticket to enter (valued at $18.00).
It is recommended all children under 8 years have one adult accompany them into the snow. This adult is free of charge.
All children aged 8-17 may have adults accompany for the ticket price of $10.00.
Any rough play, coarse language and inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in exiting the area and forfeiting your tickets.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
It is highly recommended to arrive 15 minutes prior to your session time. Unfortunately we are unable to extend or move sessions for latecomers.
Due to the nature of the activity patrons will get wet. It is highly recommended to bring along snow attire or a change of clothes. Beanies, gumboots and gloves are all recommended.
No food or drink allowed in the snow pit.
Images and videos may be taken by management for promotional advertising. Please notify staff upon entry if you do not wish to be filmed.
Guests are welcome to take photos and videos of their own children. These images are only to be for personal use. Images taken by guests for commercial or public use are strictly prohibited.
Strictly no snow balls are to be thrown in the snow pit except for the snow ball target area.
As the surface is slippery there is an inherent risk that you may slip over. Please take care while moving and playing. Strictly no running. Entry is at your own risk.
It is not recommended to enter the snow pit if the patron has had a recent injury or illness, this is at the discretion of the accompanying adult/guardian.
